Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Asia-wide QSP strategies aligned with global corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, IATF) and regulatory requirements
- Oversee supplier quality management and vendor development programs
- Analyze operational data to identify productivity enhancement opportunities
- Manage QSP budgets and resource allocation across regional facilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate quality standards into new product development
- Report on KPIs and present improvement strategies to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in quality/safety/productivity management with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Cross-cultural leadership experience across Asia-Pacific markets
- Professional certification (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE, Black Belt) preferred
- Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
