Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality system procedures across Asia region operations
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives in semiconductor product development and manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other international quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement programs using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Manage and mentor quality assurance teams across multiple Asian countries
- Coordinate with global quality teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Represent company in quality-related forums with regulatory bodies and industry partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years in quality management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven experience implementing QSP in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and regional quality regulations
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional quality improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multicultural teams across Asia Pacific region
- Professional certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE) highly desirable
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one Asian language
