Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for parts sales and service operations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales and service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire parts supply chain, including inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining superior service standards, resolving complex issues, and implementing feedback mechanisms.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategic decisions and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies, particularly concerning safety and environmental stewardship.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in parts sales, aftermarket service, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving service delivery, and managing P&L for a parts and service division.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain principles, and logistics in an industrial or automotive context.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for sales, service, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
