- Oversee the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll specialists, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and optimize payroll processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, audits, and investigations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance, HR, and IT departments to resolve complex payroll issues and support organizational objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and statistics for senior management review and strategic planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, governance policies, and statutory filing deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in payroll management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CPHR are highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation, CPF contributions, and tax filing requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
