Join Renesas as a Senior Manager, Production Planning and lead critical supply chain operations for our global semiconductor manufacturing footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand forecasting strategies incorporating historical data, market trends, and customer requirements
- Oversee end-to-end production planning for third-party vendor-sourced products, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capacity
- Analyze actual demand versus forecasts to build adaptive production strategies and optimize inventory levels
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to synchronize supply chain activities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes using lean methodologies
- Manage vendor performance metrics and develop strategic partnerships to ensure material availability and quality
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and production efficiency to drive operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in production planning, with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, MRP systems, and supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning software
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and third-party logistics
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry-specific supply chain challenges
