- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional programs spanning multiple departments
- Oversee facility delivery projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution
- Drive operational readiness initiatives for new service deployments and system integrations
- Act as primary PMO liaison for business-unit stakeholders and executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for large-scale initiatives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience in ICT/healthcare
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification with proven track record in program management
- Expertise in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong background in facility delivery and operational readiness frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in regulated environments
