We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager for the Project Systems Business (PSB) Execution team, focusing on the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex engineering projects, ensuring that our high-performance systems meet the rigorous standards of our global customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders across the APAC region, and implement innovative solutions that power the future of aerospace and energy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for PSB initiatives within the APAC region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure delivery within agreed parameters and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to integrate systems solutions and drive technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, implementing robust contingency plans.
- Develop and mentor project management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with Rolls-Royce governance, quality, and safety standards across all projects.
- Drive the adoption of modern project management methodologies and digital tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a Senior Manager or Lead role within the aerospace, defense, or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of project systems and execution methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders within the APAC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
