Join Malaysia Aviation Group as a Senior Manager, PSS & Airport Systems and take the lead in driving our digital infrastructure strategy. In this pivotal role, you will own the governance framework for Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and critical Airport Systems, ensuring they deliver unparalleled value to our operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for commercial negotiations and performance management, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.

You will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, managing complex contracts, and ensuring that all systems operate with maximum efficiency and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and drive the end-to-end vendor governance strategy for PSS and Airport Systems.
- Lead high-level commercial negotiations with technology vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing.
- Monitor system performance, manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive value realization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Oversee risk management protocols related to system integrations and data security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, Systems Management, or Project Management within the Aviation or Travel industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or Airport Systems implementations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts.
- Deep understanding of airport operations, passenger flow, and aviation technology standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
