Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance and quality control teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure quality is built into the product lifecycle.
- Manage supplier quality performance, conduct audits, and ensure incoming materials meet strict specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to reduce defect rates and improve yield.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to executive management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in automotive and medical industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading root cause analysis and implementing robust CAPA systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
