Wood is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Quality to lead our quality assurance initiatives across the APAC region. This pivotal senior leadership role requires strategic vision and operational excellence to drive continuous improvement in quality standards, compliance, and risk management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality management systems, ensuring adherence to international standards (ISO, API, etc.), and fostering a culture of quality excellence across diverse project portfolios. The ideal candidate will collaborate with regional stakeholders to mitigate quality risks, drive process optimization, and deliver measurable outcomes that align with Wood's global quality objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies for APAC operations aligned with global business objectives
- Lead quality management systems implementation and certification across APAC facilities
- Oversee compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, API Q1, etc.) and local regulations
- Manage quality teams, driving performance through coaching, mentorship, and KPI monitoring
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to integrate quality processes
- Report on quality metrics to executive leadership and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years in quality management, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience implementing quality systems in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
- Deep knowledge of ISO/API standards and regional regulatory requirements in APAC
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
