Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance leader ready to make an impact? Astrodyne TDI is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to spearhead our quality initiatives in Perai, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire QA lifecycle, ensuring our high-voltage power supplies and electronic assemblies meet the highest industry standards.
You will mentor a talented team of QA professionals, implement robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction. As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and ensure compliance with international regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to ensure high standards of product quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement programs (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) to optimize production processes.
- Manage supplier quality audits and coordinate incoming material inspections.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Report quality metrics and KPIs to senior management to drive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and automotive/industrial manufacturing standards.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems.
