We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager, Retail Media & Partnerships to accelerate foodpanda’s retail media growth across our extensive partner network. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust retail media strategy that drives revenue and value for our merchants. You will lead high-impact partnerships, identifying new opportunities to monetize our digital platforms and enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in digital advertising and strategic sales will be crucial in positioning foodpanda as a premier destination for retail media solutions in the region.
You will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of retail media campaigns while fostering long-term relationships with retail brands. By leveraging our vast user base and delivery ecosystem, you will create innovative advertising solutions that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable results for our clients.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy to drive revenue growth and merchant engagement.
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with key retail and e-commerce merchants.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing retention rates.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize advertising products and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance retail media offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand authority.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Advertising, or Strategic Sales.
- Proven track record of managing significant P&L and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a focus on B2B partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the food delivery and e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
