Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Sales Quality frameworks and audit methodologies to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales interactions to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, compliance awareness, and overall performance.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize governance processes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding financial advice and sales conduct.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define quality standards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify training needs and design programs to upskill the sales force on quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales Quality, Compliance, or Risk Management within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex quality assurance projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore regulatory bodies (e.g., MAS) and insurance licensing requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
