Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute incubation strategies to identify and nurture high-potential health-tech research projects.
- Provide end-to-end commercialization support, including business modeling, intellectual property assessment, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end start-up life cycle, from conceptualization and seed-stage nurturing to spin-off.
- Build and maintain robust networks with venture capitalists, industry partners, and government agencies to secure funding and partnership opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to clinical researchers and technology teams throughout the incubation process.
- Oversee operational performance of the incubator, ensuring KPIs related to commercialization and startup success are met.
- Represent SingHealth in public-facing industry events to promote our incubator’s ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in technology transfer, business incubation, or venture capital, preferably within the health-tech or biotech sector.
- Strong understanding of the commercialization process for medical technologies, including regulatory and clinical pathways.
- Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the market viability of early-stage medical research.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively bridge communication between clinical experts and business investors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incubation projects simultaneously.
