Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Zscaler solutions for major Singaporean accounts.
- Manage and mentor a team of Specialist Solution Architects, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Conduct high-level technical workshops and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to validate solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials and technical presentations to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with sales leadership to define technical go-to-market strategies and account plans.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and cloud networking technologies.
- Drive customer success by ensuring seamless deployment and integration of Zscaler products.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in information security, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or technical sales engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange and Cloud Security Platform.
- Valid Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
