In this Senior Manager role, you will be instrumental in shaping our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) framework. We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive sustainable practices across the organization while ensuring strict compliance with global standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the Group’s long-term sustainability strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee ESG reporting, data collection, and the preparation of annual sustainability reports.
- Lead initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, waste, and water usage within agricultural operations.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations and international sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, SASB).
- Manage stakeholder relations, including investors, regulators, and community partners.
- Drive innovation in sustainable farming techniques and green supply chain management.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of sustainability programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG consulting, or corporate environmental management.
- Strong background in developing and executing sustainability strategies in the agricultural or industrial sector.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of carbon accounting, circular economy principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
