Join Cargill's sustainability leadership team as we transform the tropical oils industry through impactful environmental and social initiatives. As Senior Manager for Sustainability in Palm and Coconut, you'll drive the implementation of cutting-edge sustainability strategies aligned with global corporate goals and regional business priorities. This pivotal role requires integrating emerging sustainability trends with current operational frameworks to create measurable impact across our value chain. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that enhance traceability, reduce environmental footprints, and promote ethical sourcing practices. Your leadership will shape Cargill's position as an industry leader in responsible tropical oil production while navigating complex regulatory landscapes and stakeholder expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies for palm and coconut oil operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainability programs aligned with RSPO and other industry standards
- Monitor and report on key sustainability KPIs including carbon footprint, water usage, and social compliance
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and supply chain teams to embed sustainability into business processes
- Engage with external stakeholders including NGOs, government bodies, and industry associations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for sustainability challenges in tropical oil supply chains
- Drive continuous improvement in sustainability reporting frameworks and transparency initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of sustainability experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability programs in agricultural commodities
- Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks (RSPO, ISCC, NDPE) and tropical oil industry dynamics
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent analytical abilities for interpreting sustainability data and identifying improvement opportunities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication and presentation skills
