Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor production lines
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs, process flow charts, and control plans
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and enhance product reliability
- Manage engineering change orders and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and technical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
- Expertise in FMEA, DOE, and statistical process control methodologies
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving yield rates
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
