Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to increase production yield and reduce waste using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design, develop, and integrate automation systems into existing production lines to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and process bottlenecks, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Production, and Quality, to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform regular data analysis on production metrics to identify trends and propose scalable technical improvements.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff to elevate team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with automation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
- Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) and SCADA systems is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end engineering projects, from conception to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
