Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global transition of new products from the R&D phase into high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to provide expert Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including tooling, fixtures, and detailed work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
- Analyze complex engineering problems and implement root cause corrective actions (RCCA) for manufacturing deviations.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure component readiness and quality standards are met for new product launches.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the manufacturing and production departments.
- Oversee the validation and qualification of new equipment and manufacturing lines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically within the semiconductor or high-tech capital equipment industry.
- Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) and managing product lifecycles.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, SolidWorks) and PLM systems.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex technical data to executive leadership.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards and cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
