Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical manufacturing support to engineering teams for production line optimization
- Diagnose and resolve complex equipment/process issues using root cause analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and maintenance protocols
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, FDA) for medical device manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing support or engineering role
- Strong proficiency in diagnostic tools and manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Proven experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing regulations and quality systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical personnel
- Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
