Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily material handling operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
- Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, SAP/WMS transactions, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) inventory rotation policies.
- Liaise with production planners to ensure seamless material supply to the manufacturing floor, minimizing downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of material handlers, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports to identify bottlenecks and drive process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a material handling, warehouse, or logistics role within a manufacturing environment.
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (Forklift License) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg safely.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
