Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective inventory planning strategies to meet customer demand.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze demand patterns and adjust inventory pipelines accordingly to minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to forecast requirements accurately.
- Review and optimize order quantities to reduce holding costs and waste.
- Manage the procurement cycle for non-standard or complex inventory items.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
