Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and repair of heavy machinery, vehicles, and industrial equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and extend asset lifespan.
- Inspect and test parts to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, including parts used and labor hours, in the company's management system.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices.
- Collaborate with the operations department to troubleshoot on-site mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Mechanic or similar role in the heavy industry or automotive sector.
- Formal technical education or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A or SIM B) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
