Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and complex vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance services, including engine overhauls, brake systems, and suspension work.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices within the workshop.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily service targets and customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workshop housekeeping standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a workshop environment for extended periods.
