Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and repairs on transport vehicles and heavy machinery
- Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate technician workflows
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and modifications
Kualifikasi
- A2B mechanic certification or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnosing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Strong knowledge of transport vehicle mechanics and industrial machinery
- Certification in safety standards (OSHA/ISO preferred)
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Leadership experience in supervising technical teams
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
