Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical installation activities across project sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex on-site technical issues with minimal supervision
- Lead testing and commissioning procedures for M&E systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation including installation reports and compliance certificates
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and internal teams for seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering within construction industry
- Proven expertise in testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and international standards
- Certification in M&E project management (e.g., PMP, CEng) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
