Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage mechanical commissioning activities for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects
- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
- Oversee system testing, performance validation, and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior commissioning engineers
- Prepare detailed reports documenting commissioning activities and system performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mechanical commissioning, preferably in data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems
- Experience with commissioning management software and tools
- Professional certification (e.g., CxA, LEED AP) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
