Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical components for automation machines and semiconductor equipment
- Create detailed CAD drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software
- Perform structural analysis and stress testing to ensure design integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components into complete systems
- Develop and document design specifications, requirements, and testing protocols
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical design
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on design projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or semiconductor equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of materials science and structural analysis principles
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
