PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in West Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical components and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet rigorous engineering standards and performance requirements. Your expertise will drive innovation from the initial concept phase through to manufacturing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design complex mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, stress analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including 2D drawings, BOMs, and design specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions to optimize product performance.
- Review existing designs to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturability.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and implement best practices in mechanical engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in mechanical design and development.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical data clearly to stakeholders.
