Tanggung Jawab
- Design and specify mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for commercial/residential buildings
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Conduct site inspections and provide construction phase support
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) codes
- Lead project coordination with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors
- Optimize system designs for cost-efficiency and sustainability
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building services design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and engineering calculation software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and green mark standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Experience with BIM coordination and project management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
