Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design projects using CAD/CAM tools
- Develop and optimize product designs for manufacturing feasibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements
- Conduct design reviews and implement engineering improvements
- Prepare technical documentation and manufacturing specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and design best practices
- Analyze material performance and component durability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of mechanical design experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Experience with FEA analysis and simulation tools
- Demonstrated project leadership in engineering environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
