Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems integration across large-scale construction projects
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Develop and maintain M&E project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align project objectives
- Ensure adherence to Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 years of M&E coordination experience in main-contracting companies
- Proven track record on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, BIM coordination, and construction methodologies
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or engineering licensure preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with fluency in English
