China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Engineer to join our expanding team in the Central Region. As a key player in our construction operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and coordination of M&E services across large-scale projects.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and site execution, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical installations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of site operations, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering excellence within tight project timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all M&E site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local building regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
- Identify potential construction conflicts and propose technical solutions to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and inspection reports.
- Lead M&E coordination meetings to address operational challenges and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to safety protocols and environmental sustainability requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in M&E site supervision, preferably within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, M&E standards, and safety regulations (WSH).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project deadlines.
