Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for climate control and refrigeration applications
- Drive product development projects from concept through production release, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, finite element analysis, and design validation testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to resolve technical challenges
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company engineering practices
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design specifications for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and development
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal fabrication
- Experience with thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, or HVAC-R systems is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
