Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design and analysis for building projects, ensuring strict compliance with local building codes and international standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to monitor project progress, quality assurance, and health and safety compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and contractors, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
- Develop and optimize HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to enhance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the buildings sector, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and AutoPIPE.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, fire safety, and general building services.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
