Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design process for complex building services projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop detailed mechanical system designs, including HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, structural, and civil engineering departments.
- Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and comprehensive design specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met within timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to design standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in mechanical building services design.
- Strong technical knowledge of local Singaporean building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., SS, CP).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and mechanical simulation tools.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project workflows and meet stringent project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly advantageous.
