Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for large-scale projects.
- Perform complex engineering calculations, feasibility studies, and technical analyses to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and structural engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, reports, and compliance certificates, in accordance with industry codes.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide on-site technical guidance.
- Review project plans and blueprints to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license (Professional Mechanical Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in mechanical design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of local and international mechanical engineering codes and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and manage stakeholder expectations.
