Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, modification, and optimization of mechanical systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to update and maintain accurate 'as-built' engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide robust technical solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mechanical upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for terminal machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and international standards.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance on complex project requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in mechanical design or industrial plant maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for technical drawing and drafting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and safety.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material handling systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure industrial environment within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
