Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct regular site supervision to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Implement quality assurance and control measures to maintain standards.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in building services or construction.
- Proven experience in project management and site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
