Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype innovative fitness equipment using CAD/CAM software
- Conduct material testing and stress analysis for product durability
- Collaborate with R&D team to implement IoT integration in fitness devices
- Develop sustainable manufacturing processes for eco-friendly production
- Lead equipment installation and troubleshooting at Bali's premium fitness facilities
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ISO 20907)
- Mentor junior engineers through rapid prototyping cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in fitness equipment or consumer product design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and finite element analysis tools
- Strong understanding of materials science for tropical climate durability
- Experience with rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent)
- Fluency in English with Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
