Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment for optimal performance
- Analyze and improve existing machinery to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with production teams to address technical issues and implement solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance planning and oversee execution of mechanical projects
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Research and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and engineering analysis tools
- Experience with plastic manufacturing equipment is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
