Join Flex as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and lead the mechanical design and development of cutting-edge power shelf solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design and structural development of power shelf systems
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and thermal modeling for product validation
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure seamless component integration
- Develop detailed manufacturing documentation including drawings, BOMs, and assembly guides
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Optimize designs for cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases of product development
- Ensure compliance with international safety and performance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for power electronics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
- Experience with thermal management and structural analysis
- Proven track record in product development from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
