Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, water treatment plants, and kitchen extraction systems.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of critical equipment in a high-traffic environment.
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and international standards.
- Analyze mechanical performance data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
- Mentor and supervise junior technical staff and external contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical failures rapidly and implement long-term corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with the facilities and operations departments to plan infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in facilities management or large-scale project engineering.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial plumbing, and rotating equipment maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate with third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on preventative maintenance.
- Professional fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
- Certification in relevant engineering bodies (e.g., PII membership) is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
