Are you a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging role in a leading construction company? We are seeking an experienced ACMV professional to oversee site execution and manage materials for a major project in Tuas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to high-quality infrastructure development. You will be responsible for the technical supervision of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Mechanical (ACMV) systems on-site, ensuring they are installed according to blueprints and project specifications. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the site execution and installation of ACMV systems according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Manage material procurement, inventory control, and on-site material management for the ACMV scope of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and workmanship are maintained.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and material documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local engineering codes and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ACMV construction and site execution.
- Strong background in material management and technical supervision within the construction industry.
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
