Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the mechanical design and development of complex digital microscope sub-assemblies and housing.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and prototyping to mass production and post-market support.
- Conduct high-level tolerance analysis and structural simulation to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with optical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and assembly speed.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Mentorship of junior engineers and oversight of design reviews to uphold the highest quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in precision mechanical design, preferably within the optics, medical device, or high-precision instrumentation industry.
- Expertise in 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or Siemens NX).
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycles and working with manufacturing vendors.
- Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for thermal and structural integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
