Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and engineering of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for high-rise and complex building projects
- Perform detailed load calculations, energy modeling, and sustainability assessments using industry-standard tools
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, drawings, and reports
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP specialists to ensure integrated solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site inspections and resolve complex engineering challenges during construction phases
- Stay current with emerging technologies and Singapore's regulatory framework (BCA, URA)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering with focus on high-rise buildings
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and energy modeling software (e.g., IES, HAP)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's building codes and sustainability requirements
- Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with BIM coordination and digital engineering workflows
