Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the mechanical design of high-rise and complex building projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and review HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems designs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.
- Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system simulations using advanced software.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Singapore or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design for high-rise buildings, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, MOM requirements, and international standards.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, CFD simulation tools, and energy modeling software.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
