You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical mechanical infrastructure including pumps, compressors, turbines, and HVAC systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and HVAC systems
- Conduct equipment inspections and diagnostics to identify potential failures and implement corrective actions
- Overhaul and replace defective components while maintaining equipment reliability and efficiency
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules aligned with operational requirements and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports for compliance and analysis
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities
- Train junior technicians on best practices and technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including rotating equipment, static equipment, and auxiliary systems
- Valid certifications in mechanical maintenance (e.g., AWS, NACE, or equivalent) and safety procedures
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance management software
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
