Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years shipyard mechanical supervision experience
- Expertise in mechanical alignment, installation, and diagnostics
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering standards
- Advanced planning and scheduling abilities
- Certification in mechanical systems preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
